We have tried to answer the most common questions.

Are these sauce recipes your own creation?

You bet! Creating is our favorite part. (Besides serving you!)

Our sauces are the culmination of over 15 years of creating, testing and refining-(we mean slathering on meat and eating) in our own kitchens and on our own smokers and grills.

Do you bottle this yourself?

Although we make small batch recipes in our own kitchens we do not have the capabilities at this point to economically bottle our own. We leave that up to the experts!

Our sauces are packaged for us by 3 expert co-packers who make it to our specifications in small batch style.

How many flavors do you have?

Currently we have 7 Original flavors of sauce and 10 carefully crafted rubs & seasonings available for purchase. HOWEVER, we are always working on other bbq sauces including sugar free varieties as well as hot sauces and a Bloody Mary mix!

Do you offer catering services?

WE DO! Our business began by serving folks from Dutch Ovens. We offer our catering services through our Outback Cookin’ & Catering format and will cater for groups of 10-10,000! For info about catering contact us at info@outbackcookin.com
